An MCA who tabled an impeachment motion against Nairobi governor Evans Kidero has been discharged from all county assembly committees.
Viwandani representative Samwel Nya'wara was kicked out of the business committee, health services, tourism and cooperatives.
House majority leader Elias Otieno stated that the Nyawara was dismissed for causing chaos in the assembly while tabling the motion.
Nyang'wara tabled the motion on 29th September but he was viciously disrupted by Cord MCAs.
According to the representative, Kidero has misappropriated funds and violated the constitution throughout his tenure.
The motion now requires the approval of 87 MCAs.
Elias Otieno the majority leader informed the house of the dismissal of Nyang`wara from the committees on Wednesday.
