An MCA cheated death on New Year's eve when he was busted in bed with a woman said to be a wife to a county employee.
A source who spoke to this writer said the man had taken advantage of the absence of the lady's husband at home to sneak into his house and have a quicky with the wife.
The incident happened at Uplands Estate at the border town of Malaba in Busia County.
Mr love is said to be holding a senior position at the Busia County Assembly.
He is reported to have had a meal with the lady queen in one the hotels in Malaba town before proceeding to the woman's house.
The woman according to the source is said to have told the husband that she was in Busia town not knowing that the husband, who had suspected she was cheating on him had taken cover in a nearby house tracking the movements of the two lovebirds.
As they left the hotel for the lady's house, the husband followed without their knowledge and busted them in bed preparing to begin to chew the fruit.
"It was drama," the source said.
"He was lucky as he took off and vanished in the dark."
