Manga Ward MCA Enock Ogori has promised that he will help his electorate to start small businesses to boost their living standards.
Ogori urged members from the ward who have attained the age of 18 years and above to process for identification cards for those who don’t have so that they can form and join groups in villages to benefit from funds he has set aside to help the locals.
“I have a personal financial help group where locals will get free funds to use to start small businesses to earn income. I don’t wish to see my electorates struggling with poverty yet I have a way I can help them boost their living standards,” he said.
He warned that no cartel will interfere with his plans because he will manage the funds kitty alone.
“I will not tolerate brokers, conmen and cartels to interfere with the funds because I am the one to issue the funds to locals directly without involving bad people in society who are after feeding their own stomach,” he said.
He urged residents not to ignore the opportunity but utilize it well for their own good.
