Ikombe ward MCA Nathaniel Nganga has threatened to sue Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua for branding boda boda sheds in Masii with Maendeleo Chap Chap party and his portrait.
Nganga who is the Machakos County assembly deputy Speaker while addressing the media said it was wrong for Mutua to brand the sheds with his Chap Chap party yet the money was funded by the county government.
He further accused the county boss of using public funds to popularise his party.
"Maendeleo Chap Chap party is a registered political party and its wrong for the governor to use public funds to popularise it," noted Nganga.
He observed that the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission should take action on Mutua concerning the issue.
Governor Mutua had visited Masii in Mwala sub-county where he had launched the boda boda sheds among other projects.
