Medics at Nakuru war memorial hospital have confirmed Nyandarua county assembly member Wahome Kamoche who was on Monday rushed at the facility in a critical condition is now out of danger.

According to the medics, Kamoche might be allowed to go home before Saturday.

The Rurii ward MCA was referred from JM memorial hospital in Ol Kalou on Monday evening after he developed high blood pressure and pain.

He was brought to Nakuru war memorial hospital in an ambulance and immediately admitted to the hospital’s high dependency unit.

According to her daughter Griffith Mumbi Wahome, his father had responded well to treatment.

“On admission, my dad was in a bad condition and had breathing difficulties but I want to assure the residents of Nyandarua that all is well and his personal consultant had recommended his discharge which will be affected before the weekend,” she said.

Kamoche has been receiving numerous visitors who were shocked to learn of his illness considering that on the material day he was admitted, he had attended several meetings in Satima area.
