In a phone interview on Wednesday, Maroro termed the study as bias and aims to harm Raila politically.

"I strongly condemn the recent Ipsos Synovate research that indicates 35% of Kenyans want Raila Odinga to retire from active politics because they are biased in a way as the questions are forwarded to Jubilee supporters," said Maroro.

He now wants all pollsters regulated, adding that Raila is there to stay in politics.

"If a people from a certain quarter think that Raila should retire from politics then I bet they are wrong and it is high time that the likes of Ipsos Synovate get regulated," added Maroro.
