The MCA caused drama in the assembly after he rose to speak without permission and even ignored warnings from the presiding speaker Gabriel Ochieng’.

The drama ensued when majority leader Samuel Ongou stood to explain to the members that the assembly Budget Committee had resolved not to undertake the Sh 800 Million project of building a modern assembly.

Diang’a then rose arguing that as a member of the Budget Committee, he was not aware of the decision to suspend the project.

The speaker tried to stop Diang’a from shouting but he continued prompting the speaker to order sergeant at arms to throw him out for being disorderly. The MCA however kept on shouting saying he was not consulted and later walked out off the assembly.

The Speaker ordered the Powers and Privileges Committee to probe the conduct of the MCA adding that such uncouth conduct will not be tolerated in the assembly.

“This is a house of rules and procedure and we will not allow any member to misbehave,” he said.
