Suneka Member of County Assembly Joshua Moige has urged residents to stop excessive drinking of alcohol and instead concentrate on development related activities.
Moige said that the county government is dedicated to developing programmes that will improve their livelihoods.
“We already have programs that will help to improve the county’s economy and benefit our youths in terms of employment,” notes Moige.
He specifically urged students to shun drinking alcohol and other social vices that can interrupt their studies.
“Focus on making a better future for yourself. It is only through hard work that you can excel since success have no shortcuts,” said Moige.
He advised the youth that this is the time for them to lay a foundation for the kind of life they want to have in future.
Moige further urged residents to work harder in their works so that they can make their county better.
“We are the people to develop our county, let us work knowing that our hard work will make us better,” notes Moige.
