Munga says that this is the only way to ensure that Muchai's family and the people of Kabete get justice.

"If it is possible, and that is what we are asking as Kiambu people, let a commission be constituted to dig deep into this matter so that no stone is left unturned," said Munga.

The MCA has said that the government has to stand to the occasion and bring the assassins to book.

"The culprits must be smoked from whichever hole they are hiding and the government must stand by its word," said Munga.

The MCA termed the late MP as a defender of social justice and the poor.

"We are feeling the loss and we know the poor have lost a real time champion of their plight", he said.

Munga was speaking in his Ndeiya Ward yesterday.

Muchai was shot dead together with his two aides and a driver early Saturday morning at Nairobi's Kenyatta Avenue on his way home.
