Minority Leader in the County Assembly, Mohammed Nassir stated that Jama has a culture of rearranging senior county officials anytime the assembly is probing misuse of public resources by government officials.

Nassir particularly pointed accusing fingers on the county treasury saying it is the fourth time that Jama is making changes and new inexperienced faces appointed to stall the probes.

However, Jama's government through its county secretary, Mohamud Hassan, has said the claimed recent changes made by the governor were just normal and were aimed at improving public service delivery.

It is only last week that Jama appointed his deputy, Abdullahi Hussein to the position of Treasury CEC.

Nassir accused Jama of running an overly opaque government devoid of transparency and prudent use of public resources.
