Nakuru Members of County Assembly have expressed their dissatisfaction with the media in regards to reporting of crucial matters involving the House.
Led by the majority leader George Mwaura, the representatives faulted the media for reporting that the assembly had only passed three crucial bills.
“As members of the Nakuru County Assembly we want to condemn a section of the media following the report that the house has failed to pass crucial bills. We want to state here that the report was based on malice and lies since as per now the house has passed 17 bills of which 4 bills are yet to be signed into law,"Mwaura is quoted by the Daily Nation.
Mwaura urged the media to ensure that it maintained accuracy when it comes to eporting crucial matters that affected mwanachi in general.
