The Ngiini dispensary is a county government project that was launched four years ago under the leadership of the former Kangundo Central MCA Joseph Itumo.

However, the building stopped halfway despite millions of shillings being pumped into its construction.

The residents are now frustrated after a dream of acquiring medical services at a closer home have been dealt a blow.

Grace Nzomo a resident stated that stalled projects a wastage of taxpayers money and asked incumbent leaders to complete stalled projects before launching others.

"If every leader who gets into power starts his own project only to leave it half done in a decade we will have scores of stalled projects that never benefited residents," said Mrs Nzomo.

In an exclusive phone interview with the project chairman Rodgers Nzomo, he revealed that the project started well only to stop halfway without proper explanations from the former MCA.

However, the chairman adamantly refused to disclose further details and directed me to get full details from the incumbent MCA citing that he is well informed.

In an interview with the MCA Moses Musyoka Mitaa he disclosed that proper plans have been put in place to ensure the project is completed to benefit the people.

"I am having a hard time trying to correct my predecessor's mistakes but slowly but sure I will ensure the project is complete," he said.

All the same that's only a promise that will make sense to Ngiini residents once it is fulfilled.
