Bosamaro ward MCA Charles Keganda urged Nyagarama to consider allocating more development funds to develop the ward.

“Bosamaro has not developed since Nyagarama took over as Nyamira governor in 2013 due to lack of funds to initiate various development projects in the ward. I am calling on Governor John Nyagarama to ensure he considers initiating and launching of more projects in the ward. In the 2018/2019 budget I will lure the MCAs to help me allocate over Sh5 million to upgrade feeder roads in the ward,” he stated.

The ward representative noted that throughout his tenure, he will not condone lazy contractors to be awarded tenders in the ward.

He challenged ward residents to form groups so that they can apply for tenders such as construction of roads and ECDE classes.

“I will ensure 99 percent of ward residents benefit from tenders once advertised in the ward to boost the living standards of the people of Bosamaro. No relative will be favored in the allocation of tenders,” he added.
