Muranga MCAs spent the weekend in Mombasa where they resolved to work together for the benefit of the residents of Muranga County.

The MCAs hit headlines weeks ago after they were filmed engaging in a violent brawl that resulted in some MCAs sustaining serious injuries.

The Jubilee Party had threatened to take stern action on the errant MCAs.

Raphael Tuju warned that the infighting was undermining the development of the county.

Also present at the meeting was Governor Mwangi wa Iria who urged the MCAs to join hands with his administration to advance his agenda for Muranga County residents.

Residents from the county have hailed the development as welcome as it would help the county develop moving forward.
