Speaking on Thursday in Nyamira, Speaker Joash Nyamoko noted that the MCAs should inspect projects that have been initiated in their various wards since the county set aside Sh400 million to initiate development projects including construction of feeder roads, water projects among others.

The sittings were postponed after the MCAs met with Governor John Nyagarama on Tuesday to inqiure why some projects are incomplete in their wards, prompting them to inspect and list what projects are incomplete in their wards.

“We have postponed assembly sittings for a while to give the MCAs room to inspect their projects in various wards to come back with sufficient answers over incomplete projects and complete projects,” said Nyamoko.
