Odour is set to be investigated over forgery and land grabbing claims in Nyali, after the County Assembly on Thursday voted for a motion that will see him probed over the allegations.

This comes after Lands Committee Chairman Suleiman Boma, tabled a motion to push for the probing of Oduor.

His case will be forwarded to EACC if the Lands Commission finds enough evidence against him.

Oduor said he is ready to face the anti-graft agency, adding that the County Assembly has a comprehensive list of individuals involved in graft, but he is not among them.

The outspoken politician said he is a victim of circumstance and his counterparts want to bring him down, because he played a pivotal role in the identification of land grabbers in the county.
