A section of MCA's affiliated to NASA in Kisii county assembly has threatened to fail Raila's people's assembly agenda if any member of Parliament from the region is not awarded any post in the house committee post.
According to the MCA's they expected at least one mp to be considered by NASA in the just concluded exercise.
Led by Bogeka ward representative Charles Nyagoto the MCA's accused Raila Odinga of being biased in awarding the house committee heads and their assistants respectively despite the fact they have been supporting his ambitions.
Addressing the media on Monday the MCA's said they've been received raw deals and promises from Raila and they are ready to fail the people's assembly motion.
"Raila has proved to not consider any of leader from the region and we expected him to award even Simba Arati who is vocal in Parliament and who spearheaded his campaigns in the region and we call upon him to ensure he gives any other post to our leaders in Parliament or else we reconsider our support," said Nyagoto
The MCA's said the region is now looking forward to work and support leaders who have the interest of their communities in the heart.
Their sentiments come at a time the NASA parliamentary group voted in Ugunja MP Opiyo Wandayi unanimously as the chairman of the powerful parliamentary Public Accounts Committee and Kibwezi East MP Jessica Mbalu as the vice chairperson of the committee.
Leaders from Kisii have not been so far considered in any parliamentary post.
