A number of Nairobi MCAs have vowed to back Peter Kenneth's Nairobi gubernatorial seat bid.
The representatives have further urged the former Gatanga lawmaker to dissolve his Kenya National Congress Party and merge with Jubilee.
"We welcome Kenneth to Nairobi. We believe he has good policies and agenda to transform this great city," Ngara MCA Mwaura Chege said.
During a church service in Eastleigh, Kenneth said that he will not be vying for the presidency but instead support President Uhuru Kenyatta's bid.
Kenneth further indicated that he might vie for the Nairobi or Muranga gubernatorial seat.
