Betting enthusiasts on mCheza platform will this week not be able to place their bets on the gaming site.
This is because mCheza will suspend their services to upgrade its online gaming system.
As a result, the firm's commercial services including online activities will be unavailable from Tuesday 7pm to Friday evening.
mCheza Chief Executive Officer Peter Karimi said the move is aimed at enhancing customer experience, and in response to market demands.
"Our customers will have a chance to experience a site that engages more with them and have access to unique products which we are about to introduce," Karimi said.
He said the upgrade will necessitate interruption of the company's services for the duration of the process.
Karimi, however, said mCheza's call centre and customer support services will remain open during the days the upgrade will be ongoing.
The firm, which was started in 2015, recently launched their services in Tanzania.
mCheza is the official sponsor of a grassroots football tournament in Tanzania dubbed 'Ndondo Cup'.
The premier sports gaming platform allows one to place bets on 45 different sports worldwide.
Among the sports include; football, hockey, basketball, rugby, snooker and others.
