The ongoing doctors' strike has been joined by medical students who have poured in the streets pressurizing the government to at least do something in line with ending the medics' strike.
The students marched to the Ministry of Health headquarters at Nairobi's Afya House here they complained of missing classes as a cause of the ongoing strike.
They sought to pile pressure on Health Cabinet Secretary Cleopa Mailu to act and end the stalemate with doctors so that they can resume their studies.
This comes in the wake of fresh talks that have been started by the Kenya Medical Practitioners, Pharmacists and Dentists Union (KMPDU) officials and the CS entering the third week now.
