CEO Swaruff Mishra said the facility will only deal with emergency cases caused by road accidents.

"Construction and equipping the hospital will cost Sh200 million and it will be one of its kind in the region," he said. 

Speaking on Thursday after donating one ICU bed and laboratory equipment worth Sh850,000 to Kapkoi Dispensary in Burnt forest Uasin Gishu county, Mishra said once complete it will serve accidents casualties not only in Kenya but the whole of East Africa. 

He however, urged Kenyans to always go for regular health check ups at least once per year.

"Chronic diseases such as cancer, diabetes and pressure can easily be diagnosed and treated if detected earlier," he said. 

He added that Mediheal Hospital in Eldoret will be conducting kidney transplants at subsidised fee. 

"The whole exercise will cost Sh1.5 million where re-known doctors from India will conduct the surgery," he said. 

Mishra promised to ensure that the Kapkoi Dispensary is fully equipped with facilities for patients to get high quality health care.
