Eliud Wycliffe is a first year student who sells boiled eggs in Kisii town.
Speaking to Hivisasa, Wycliffe says he started his business six months ago.
He said that the business has helped him settle his daily bills.
"My parents could not send me enough pocket money reason I opted to venture into selling eggs," he said.
He said that he started the business with a capital of Sh600 only.
He then bought a tray of eggs and boiled them.
"I sold all of them and from that day I have never looked back," he said.
He now says that he makes Sh30,000 on monthly basis.
"Self-employment is the only way the youth should ensure that they get extra pay and that will assist them big," he said.
