At her small shop, she has a responsibility of not only making a profit from her juice business but also to promote people's health by adding fruit substance to their meals.

Ombong'i wakes up as early as 7:00 am in the morning to attend her classes after which she comes back to attend to her customers at her cafe (bouncy fruit palace).

She has two assistants as her staff to attend to customers.

I went ahead to know the sum of money she makes per day, from the business and she had this to say.

"Well, it depends on when there is good business, we can make Sh7,000 per day but if the business is not going on well we manage to make between Sh5,500 or 5,000," she said.

With all that explanation, she also explained the challenges she comes across such as a lack of customers, and also unfaithful fruit vendors who would delay supplying her with fruits which make her lose customers, because she has to close the shop and go to the nearby Daraja Mbili market to get her fruits for the day's supply.

She said sometimes she can get delayed payments from her regular customers which somehow discourages her.

She prepares fruit salads, various fruit juice such as mango, orange, pineapple, passion and mixed fruit following her customers demand.

The cash she raises has managed to pay part of her school fees as she saves some other amount for her business.
