Viwandani MCA Samuel Nyangwara said he will have his way in impeaching the county chief.

Currently, Mr Nyangwara is embroiled in a court battle with Kidero over a Motion he recently tabled at the County Assembly to impeach Mr Kidero.

When the Motion was tabled on November 29, out of the 127 MCAs in Nairobi, only one- Parkland's Jaffer Kassam turned up at the County Assembly for the impeachment debate.

County Assembly Alex Ole Magelo claimed the MCA's were in Kisumu taking part in the inter-county games.

Mr Nyangwara first attempted to table the Motion on September 29, a development that degenerated into a fist fight between Cord and Jubilee MCAs.

The Motion, however, never saw the light of the day when it was tabled on October 4.

Its debate couldn't take off as the Assembly lacked quorum. Majority of the MCAs boycotted the session.

"I am certain I will win the case and proceed on with impeachment before we break for Christmas," Nyangwara said early in the week.

"They are buying time but Kidero should not celebrate yet," said Nyangwara.

"I am not relenting on this course."
