An early morning fire razed down procurement stores belonging to the Migori County government.
The Monday incident saw crucial documents burnt to ashes, with the cause of the inferno remaining unclear.
Daily Nation, reported that police had secured the scene, for investigations.
Confirming the incident, County police commandant Joseph Nthenge indicated that they were gathering information, over what exactly could have happened.Several social media users have asked themselves questions, as to why could such an incident happen.
