Raila Odinga's former aid Miguna Miguna has applauded the opposition leader following his withdrawal from the presidential race set for October 26, 2017.

According to Miguna the move would 'separate the quacks from the patriots'.

"Thank you @RailaOdinga for creating a constitutional crisis; the SINE QUA NON for TRANSFORMATION. Let's separate quacks from patriots!" his post read.

Miguna further said the move by Odinga and his deputy Kalonzo Musyoka had caught President Kenyatta off gaurd saying they had ‘intellectually outgunning’ him.

"Both @UKenyatta & @WilliamsRuto are caught pants down with @RailaOdinga's & @skmusyoka's withdrawal - INTELLECTUALLY OUTGUNNED!

NASA flag-bearer Raila Odinga announced that he would be withdrawing from the October 26 poll.

This comes in light of the commissions failure to comply with NASAs 'irreducible minumum' demands ahead of the fresh poll which he believes will also be flawed.

However, the Jubilee administration insists that the presidential election will continue as planned with or with Odinga.
