The fiery lawyer, Miguna Miguna, on Saturday night criticised the move by President Uhuru Kenyatta to scrap visa requirement for Mozambicans.
According to the NRM general, the president was imposing conditions on him, a true citizen, while allowing Mozambicans to visit the country without any visa requirement.
"And today or yesterday i saw the so called president in Mozambique saying Mozambicans can come to Kenya without a visa. They also waved the requirements of visa from western countries but they insists that a Kenyan citizen like me must get a visa," lamented the NRM activist.
Speaking to KTN news by means of phone, Dr. Miguna said that the government was demanding he owns a visa so that they would limit his activities in the country.
"So that i can't work, i can't earn a living, i can't engage in politics, I can't lead the NRM, I can be deported anytime, I can be arrested anytime. There could be all manner of conditions on my entry yet am a Kenyan citizen," he added.
The former Nairobi Gubernatorial aspirant claim that the government has plans of keeping him in check while in the country by limiting his freedom while in the country.
A move he says is against the court orders.
"They are trying to limit my activities and freedom in Kenya in violation of court orders," claims Dr. Miguna.
Dr. Miguna Miguna was re-deported to Dubai after he failed to produce his Canadian passport for stamping.
His Kenyan passport was earlier perforated before being deported to Dubai immediately after he commissioned the Raila Odinga "oath-taking'.
However, the government failed to process his passport as had directed by the court.
