Miguna is set to be deported to Dubai after being denied entry into the country.

The outspoken lawyer is to have been screaming, slamming doors after being bungled into the plane. 

Currently, Miguna is pleading with Emirates airline officials stating that he has no passport and he lack a passport.

Further reports indicate that security officials are outside the plane trying to prevent his exit from the plane.
