Lawyer Miguna Miguna is said to have left Dubai for Toronto.
Reports indicate that he boarded Air Canada flight AC 057 with escort of UAE police.
Miguna has been stranded in Dubai since Thursday last week after hios second deportation.
His second deportation came despite a court order compelling the state to allow him the country unconditionally.
The ouspoken lawyer claimed that he had been drugged and forced into an Emirates plane.
On Sunday, Miguna stated an official from UAE had escorted him to seek medical attention, a move he hailed.
"This was after Sheikh Khalid, a senior government official, escorted him to get proper medical tests and treatment.He accused Kenyan police of "barbaric assault, torture and chemical poisoning."
