In a tweet on Friday, Miguna accused President Uhuru Kenyatta's  government of massive theft of public resources and persecution of innocent civilians.

The outspoken barrister accused President Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto of dictatorship, alleging that they have resorted to ruling the nation with an iron fist, trampling on any sort of opposition raised against their leadership.

He claimed that the two were fully aware and involved in his detention and torture at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport before his second deportation to Dubai.

"The tyrannical Jubilee government loots and steals public resources and maims and murders innocent and unarmed civilians," he said.

"It also destroys private properties of its strong critics and apart from disobeying court orders, it also detains incommunicado, tortures, sedates and forcefully exiles opponents and is, therefore, not fit to govern," he added.

The firebrand lawyer kicked off his anti-Jubilee campaign after the August 8 controversial -of Kenyatta which was later annulled by the Supreme Court.

His opposition of Uhuru's October re-election saw him organize and participate in opposition leader Raila Odinga's January 30 mock swearing-in, marking the start of his woes.
