Lawyer and political commentator Miguna Miguna has alleged that the 'Nairobi Business Community' are Mungiki members.

According to Miguna, the credentials of the people claiming to be members of the 'Nairobi Business Community' has no been provided and he will not withdraw his assertions until he sees their credentials.

"The 'Nairobi Business Community' are members of Mungiki. Their credentials have not been provided and for that matter, I will not withdraw my statement not unless I see their credentials," reiterated Miguna.

Miguna further said that the country is not united.

In his view, the people are not enjoying the same equity, justice, and distribution of resources and he echoed David Ndii's call for secession if the problems persist.

"As a country we are not united. There is no equity, no equal administration of justice and equal distribution of resources. If the problems persist, I think divorce is the best solution for the country," added Miguna.

Miguna made his remarks on NTV's AmLive show on Tuesday.
