National Resistance Movement (NRM) self-declared general Miguna Miguna has listed the 'benefits' of the handshakes opposition leader Raila Odinga has sought from top leaders in the country with specifically President Uhuru Kenyatta and former presidents Daniel Moi and Mwai Kibaki.
According to him, the handshake meant that corruption has been cleansed in the country and to add on this, the handshakes were a celebration of the murder of opposition supporters, his sedation and the forced exile he was subjected to early last month.
He concluded that the handshakes declared 99.9% of Kenyans losers.
"The only VISIBLE "benefits" of the handshake? Grand Corruption cleansed. Murder, torture, sedation and forced exile are CELEBRATED. 99.9% of Kenyans are the losers. Amazing!" He wrote on Twitter on Tuesday.
Miguna Miguna who is currently in Canada had earlier attacked Odinga saying he is a hypocrite and was blind to see that he was the loser in the handshakes.
Odinga however dismissed such claims during his speech in Shinyalu constituency where he was addressing residents who had attended the burial area MP Justus Kizito's mother on Saturday. He said he is playing politics of brain and whatever he is doing is paving his way to take over the government in 2022.
