Renowned lawyer Miguna Miguna has attacked Chief Justice David Maraga and the Supreme Court after upholding President Uhuru Kenyatta's win.In a tweet on Friday, Miguna said the whole world praised CJ Maraga for his wise ruling on the August 8 general election where he led the Supreme Court in nullifying the presidential results. He however said Maraga disrespected the constitution in his ruling on November 20."To the CJ, David Maraga, the whole world praised you for courage, wisdom and jurisprudential acuity after the September 1st, 2017 Supreme Court nullification of the August 8th fraudulent election. However, on November 20, 2017, you led the court in desecrating the constitution," he tweeted.Miguna who lost to Sonko in Nairobi gubernatorial race also said President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto rigged the elections on both dates, August 8 and October 26."Both Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto didn't win on August 8th & October 26th. The despotic duo massively rigged on both dates. The 2 have looted our country to the ground, subverted the constitution, brutalized Kenyans & perverted our national values."Miguna Miguna is a General in the National Resistance Movement (NRM) formed by NASA leader Raila Odinga with an aim of throwing Uhuru, Ruto out of power through resistance.
