Chief Justice David Kenani Maraga will go down in history more disgraced and tortured that former Chief Justice Willy Mutunga, Lawyer Miguna Miguna has declared.This attack by Miguna Miguna on Maraga arises after the Supreme Court led by the CJ unanimously upheld president Uhuru Kenyatta's October 26reelection on the grounds that the petitions filed against him lacked merit."CJ David Maraga will go down in history more disgraced and tortured than Willy Mutunga. When Mutunga realised his error, he took an early retirement from the compromised Supreme Court. However, Maraga presided over a monstrosity after setting good precedence," Miguna tweeted on Thursday.According to Miguna Miguna, former Chief Justice Willy Mutunga left office in disgrace after he failed in his duty as the president of the courts.
Miguna Miguna has also launched series of attacks on president Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto referring to them as 'despots' and illegitimate leaders.
