Former Nairobi gubernatorial candidate Miguna Miguna on Saturday blasted President Uhuru Kenyatta after he said that he will not allow few individuals to destroy Kenya.Uhuru spoke during the burial of the late Nyeri governor Wahome Gakuru. “We cannot allow a few people to destroy the country. We have a Constitution and we are a nation that is governed by laws. We must all abide by them,” said President Kenyatta, Saturday. Miguna Miguna who is one of the National Resistance Movement (NRM) leaders, however, told Uhuru that he cannot dictate to them what to do or not do. "Who are you to tell us what we can or cannot do? Our constitutional rights are not given by any individuals; they are inherent & inalienable. Do you understand what that means or I should break it down like I would to my 12-year old? We are coming for you," Miguna tweeted, Saturday. Uhuru's sentiments came after chaos, killings, and looting were witnessed during the homecoming of opposition leader Raila Odinga on Friday.
