Defiant Canadian based lawyer Miguna Miguna has confirmed his deportation to Toronto amid hearing of a case challenging his illegal detention by the police.
In a statement released by his NASA coalition through Noah Akala, Miguna, from Amsterdam, condemned the deportation insisting that he is a Kenyan citizen by birth.
"First, let me confirm that yes, the despotic regime of Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto forcefully placed on a late night flight to Amsterdam.
"I have never ever renounced my Kenyan citizenship and will never do that. I have never even contemplated to do so," he wrote.
At Kajiado, he was chrged of allegedly administering an illegal oath to Raila Odinga along with convening an illegal meeting.
He further maintained that he will challenge legally all atrocities against him including seizing of his passport and demolition of his house.
"I have instructed my battery of advocates to ensure that the ongoing rogue purveyors of impunity are brought to book," he said.
