The tribulations surrounding controversial lawyer Miguna Miguna seems to be getting out of control even as United Arab Emirates demands for his deportation back to Nairobi.

In a letter seen by giant media house Aljezeera, foreign affairs secretary Abdullah Bin Zayed temporarily cancelled all flights to and from Dubai and Nairobi until Miguna is deported back. 

According to Aljezeera, UAE wants the same flight that flew Miguna to Dubai on Wednesday to jet him back to the country. 

Further,  UAE has summoned Kenyan ambassador to Dubai over the matter. 

Interstingly, Kenyan foreign affairs department has remains mum over the matter,  but the latest twist could force it to respond to Dubai authorities.

Against his wish,  Miguna was deported after spending three days in JKIA after refusing to apply for Kenyan citizenship.

Earlier,  High Court sitting in Nairobi had ordered the government to present Miguna to court in person.
