Firebrand Canadian based lawyer Miguna Miguna will now have to embroiled in serious allegations with the state following his deportation.
Also, he had his passport seized making it impossible to travel back when he arrives at Toronto in Canada.
According to him, government operatives forced him to Armsterdan bound plane enroute Toronto and curiously he was captured in video without shoes.
"The despots have put me in flight to Amsterdam enroute to Toronto. Instead of taking me to courts as ordered , they have seized my passports and drove me to JKIA," he wrote.
The fierce lawyer added: "I'd like to fight these gravious violation of my rights to the end. I need to speak to you as soon as possible."
Despite having fellout with NASA leader Raila Odinga, Miguna came strong after August polls where he took Jubilee leadership head-on especially in TV interviews.
Among his victims in TV include Kiambu senator Kimani Wamatangi and his Meru counterpart Mithika Linturi
