Miguna Miguna, the National Resistance Movement (NRM) self-proclaimed General has hit out at President Uhuru Kenyatta following his deportation a week ago.
Miguna was deported from Kenya to Canada following his arrest over the controversial swearing-in of NASA leader Raila Odinga on January 30.
However, Miguna moved to court to oppose the deportation saying it was illegal.
On Thursday, February 15, the High Court declared his deportation illegal, null and void. Justice Luka Kimaru directed that Miguna's Kenyan passport be produced in court within seven days.
Miguna took to social media shortly after and demanded that Kenyatta should first deport some members of his family.
"The DESPOT @UKenyatta should begin by deporting his wife MARGARET KENYATTA a dual citizen of Germany & Kenya & his cousin ANNAH NYOKABI GATHECHA former KIAMBU WOMEN REP who is a DUAL CITIZEN of Canada & Kenya before he touches #MigunaMiguna," he said.
He further added that he would be seeking information to know how much money Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto were using to allegedly fight him.
"I'll be seeking information under Art. 35 of the Constitution on how much public money Uhuru Kenyatta is paying his personal advocate Mr. FRED NGATIA and William Samoei Ruto is paying his personal advocate Mr. KIOKO KILUKUMI to defend their ILLEGAL ORDERS against me. Kenyans must say NO to the wastage of public funds. #MigunaMiguna," said the political activist.
