Self proclaimed NRM General Miguna Miguna has refused to take a flight enroute Toronto, hours after landing in Dubai.
Reports indicate that Miguna, who was detained by Kenyan authorities at Home Kenyatta Airport for three days, was forcefully deported out of the country on Wednesday.
But in Dubai, Miguna refused to board a plane to London adding that he needed urgent medication.
"I am not flying to London. I must go back to Nairobi after receiving medication.
"If you want to kill me, just go ahead. I am not afraid of death," Miguna is heard telling unidentified man.
High court sitting in Nairobi had convicted Interior CS Fred Matiang'i and IG Joseph Boinet for contempt of court after failing to produce Miguna in court.
For the third month in a row, Miguna has been embroiled in tough battles with Kenyan authorities even as government insists that he's not a Kenyan national, after successfully applying for a Canadian passport.
