After four days of suspicions about whereabouts of Canadian based lawyer Miguna Miguna, renowned blogger Robert Alai now says he's 'well and out of danger'.
At Milimani law courts on Friday, hundreds of lawyers and top NASA politicians turned up in solidarity with the self-proclaimed general, who was arrested by authorities on Thursday.
"Miguna Miguna is alive and well. Nobody is planing to harm him and he doesn't even have asthma.
"The people who would wish to harm him are in Raila's office. They fear his ego and guts. His reconciliation with Raila has made them unhappy," he tweeted.
By Monday, the state through IG Joseph Boinet had failed to avail the outspoken lawyer in court contrary to Judge Luka Kimaru's directive.
Along with CID boss George Kinoti, the IG has been ordered to appear on Tuesday with Miguna 'whether dead or alive'.
Defense counsels led by John Khaminwa raised concerned of possibility of the state agents harming Miguna, who is accused of administering 'illegal oath' to Raila Odinga.
