Self-proclaimed NRM General Miguna Miguna now wants his followers to hold peaceful protests, processions, sit-ins and hunger strikes over 'continued violation of his rights'.
On Wednesday, the Canadian based lawyer postponed his anticipated return after authorties failed to issue him with valid Kenyan passport.
"I was determined to arrive on schedule, however, just before my my departure, I reluctantly cancelled my flight to Nairobi and postponed my arrival date," he said.
After two deportations, the former adviser to Raila Odinga has been languishing in Canada against his will despite numerous court orders to have him allowed re-entry to Kenya.
In his statement, Miguna urged his followers to fight along with him by calling for peaceful protests across the country.
"Hold processions, sit-ins, street protests, hunger strikes and use all media at your disposal against the escalating tyranny and the culture of impunity," he said.
For weeks now, Miguna has been faulting his former ally Raila over his continued 'harassment' by the state.
