Fiery self proclaimed lawyer now claims Gatundu South MP may have sodomised him while being deported to Dubai on Wednesday night.
The controversial MP was the first to confirm Miguna's deportation after posting photos of him in EK 722 flight.
"I can confirm positively that we have people of all nationalities including the bald headed Canadian," he said.
Since then, Miguna has reportedly refused to board a plane to Toronto, causing deplolatic rows between UAE Kenya.
And on Facebook, Miguna accused Karia of caressing him adding that he may have raped him.
"When I woke up, I found someone caressing my testacles and inserting fingers in my hind opening little did I know it's Kuria.
"I couldn't be able to shout because I was fatigued.What he was doing remains a mystery. I am testing for rape," he said.
Earlier on Wednesday, High Court "Judge George Odunga had demanded the immigration department presents Miguna in court on Thursday.
In his ruling, Odunga further convicted Interior CS Fred Matiang'i.
