Without directly mentioning Raila Odinga's name, embattled lawyer Miguna Miguna has accused ODM party of abandoning him.
The controversial lawyer was forcefully deported on Wednesday even as the government maintains he's a stranger.
"He's not Kenyan and he refused to make fresh application for nationality," said Interior Minister spokesman Mwenda Njoka.
For the second day, Miguna remains stranded at Dubai International Airport without valid travelling documents.
But in a Facebook message, Miguna seems to accused the ODM wing, particularly Raila, who he is accused of swearing in illegally.
"I have neither seen or received a call from any ODM leader since my violent eviction from Kenya," he wrote, apparently in reference to Raila.
At Milimani High Court on Thursday, Raila however spent the whole day with Miguna's lawyers.
Conspicuously though, RailaRails has remained mum over Miguna's tribulations despite showing up at the airport where he was held.
