Through his Facebook page on Saturday, Miguna registered his disappointment with Raila saying he had betrayed Kenyans, democracy and the rule of law.

The general also noted that Odinga had betrayed his followers and the cause for electoral justice.

"Mr. @RailaOdinga, you've betrayed Kenyans who fought and died for you. You have betrayed our Constitution & democracy. You have betrayed the rule of law. You have betrayed the cause for electoral justice. You have betrayed your comrades in the struggle for social justice," Miguna posted.

Miguna had earlier noted that the reconciliation between Uhuru and Raila betrayed NRM's principles and everything NRMKe and he(Miguna) had stood and fought for.

"The “reconciliation” betrays the principles for which the National Resistance Movement Kenya (NRMKe) was established, which is to fight for electoral justice, social justice, the protection of and respect for the constitution and our fragile democracy, respect for the rule of law and the independence of the judiciary," said Miguna in a statement on Friday.

"It betrays everything the NRMKe and I have stood and fought for. As such, I cannot support it.True reconciliation of Kenyans is not about two people shaking hands but building a just and equal society governed by the rule of law, respect for human rights and an end to corruption and tribalism," the general added.
