Self proclaimed NASA's National Resistance Movement General Miguna Miguna has dismissed reports that he has been arrested.
Reports that the former Nairobi gubernatorial candidate had been arrested went viral on social media after Ruaraka MP T.J Kajwang was arrested on Wednesday for administering an oath to NASA leader Raila Odinga.
Kajwang and Miguna led the oath-taking event held at Uhuru Park, January 30. Kajwang was later arrested on Wednesday by Flying Squad officers at the Milimani Law Courts.
"Comrades, Patriots & #NRM-K soldier's: The General is safe & sound right here in Nairobi. We aren't afraid of the despots. It wouldn't be the first or last time I would be facing an ILLEGAL ARREST OR DETENTION. @FredMatiangi has purportedly proscribed @KagutaMuseveni's @NRMOnline," twitted Miguna on Wednesday evening.
