Godec who spoke on Thursday after meeting Senate Speaker Ken Lusaka and leader of majority Kipchumba Murkomen at Parliament buildings, said the US is keen on strengthening devolution to ensure Kenya makes progress in development.“The US is a strong supporter of devolution and we have a number of programmes in place to support it,” said Godec.Miguna however told off Godec that Kenyans are proud, industrious and freedom-loving people and therefore do not need American money. The former Nairobi gubernatorial candidate further warned the ambassador that he will be chased away alongside President Uhuru Kenyatta and deputy president William Ruto. "The coddler of dictators, @BobGodec , Kenyans don't want American dirty, blood money. We are a proud, industrious and freedom-loving people. We are going to chase you away together with the despotic duo@UKenyatta and @WilliamsRuto," Miguna noted in a tweet, Thursday.
