Also, the controversial lawyer, who was deported for the second time to Canada, has thretened to publish a 'blow-by-blow' essay on issues relating to forceful invasion of his Runda home.

With Raila remaining mum since the second eviction of Miguna, his former adviser claims that he has betrayed the mantra of struggle through his secret meetings with President Uhuru Kenyatta.

"The struggle for independence, second and third liberation was never about providing ethnic elites with opportunities of meeting secretly," he said, in reference to Uhuru-Raila meeting.

Further, he said: "Nor was it about dividing the national pie among themselves (Uhuru and Raila) or dishing out public resources to their cronies. It was about beulding just society."

Even after the surprise deal between the two, Miguna, a crusader of reforms in Raila's defunct NRM, did not hesitate to poke holes into the veteran politician's move.

At an interview with The Newsmakers recently, Miguna shocked the world when he directly linked Raila to his deportation, despite the latter making efforts to rescue him.

"It has something to do with both. They are uncomfortable with my presence and that is why they kept quiet,' he had said.
