Lawyer Miguna Miguna has asked the interior cabinet secretary Dr. Fred Matiang'i and Immigration PS Gordon Kihalangwa to deliver his Kenyan passport to him in Dubai on Friday so as to enable him to travel back to Nairobi immediately.
In an urgent message he posted on his Facebook page on Thursday night, the self-proclaimed NRM general noted that Matiang'i and Kihalangwa should follow the court orders.
"VERY URGENT,
I don’t have any travel document or passport. I need Kihalangwa and Matiang’i to deliver my Kenyan passport to me here in Dubai tomorrow, March 30,2018 as multiple courts have ordered them to do so that I can use it to travel to Nairobi immediately?I can’t over emphasize the importance of this matter.
Kenya is my birthplace and I’m not going anywhere else," the general posted.
Miguna is currently in Dubai where he was deported to on Wednesday night after being drugged by police at JKIA, Nairobi.
He had earlier in February been deported to Canada after participating in the controversial swearing-in of former prime minister Raila Odinga as 'people's president
