[Photo: twitter.com]Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has exceeded all licences that anybody could have given him and must be brought to book over his recklessness.Nairobi independent gubernatorial candidate Miguna Miguna has castigated the MP whom he said has turned into a loose cannon following the 'outrageous' post he made on his Facebook account on Monday. The post was about the disappearance of IEBC ICT boss Chris Musando before he was later discovered dead at the City Mortuary on Monday."It is worrying to see that Moses Kuria posted something quite outrageous. He called Musando an idiot. He stated as fact even though it was not that Musando was enjoying himself with a woman," said Miguna on NTV breakfast show, AmLive on Tuesday.He added: "Unless Moses Kuria was present at the time and witnessed physically Musando enjoying himself with the purported woman, he could not and cannot post such a statement. How did he know that? When did he know that and under what circumstances? How did he find himself near Musando's car?"Miguna noted that Kuria was making all these allegations when Musando was already dead. He said that a real and competent forensic investigator would be able to connect the dots and unravel the mystery surrounding Musando's death in one week.He hopes that the government will invite the FBI and the Scotland Yard to investigate the matter saying the Kenyan Police cannot be 'trusted on this'.
